Yes. For full roof replacements and tile-to-Colorbond conversions, new guttering and downpipes are included as standard. Your existing guttering will be at the end of its life if the roof is, and it makes no sense to leave old guttering on a new roof. We install Colorbond guttering in a colour matched to your new roof.
For like-for-like roof replacements, council approval is generally not required in NSW. For significant changes to roof pitch, material, or form — particularly on heritage-listed properties — development consent may be required.
